Golsbed VIP Learn More About
Is It Hard to Join the VIP Program?
Not at all. As soon as you register with Golsbed, you're automatically placed at the Bronze tier — no separate application, no forms to fill out. Just play your favorite games and watch your points and tier grow.
Many players reach Silver within their first month, since earning 5,000 points requires a total of BDT 5,000,000 in wagers — which is very manageable when spread across short daily sessions.
What does a dedicated account manager actually do?
From the Gold tier, you get a dedicated personal account manager who stays in direct contact with you and ensures you get the most out of your membership. If a withdrawal hits a snag, they handle it immediately. They'll also notify you of special bonus offers directly and resolve any account-related questions on the spot.
Diamond members get a personal VIP host who delivers a more tailored experience — custom bonuses, exclusive offers, and special perks for every big win.
Will my tier drop if I play less in a given month?
Golsbed's VIP system is designed with players in mind. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for up to three months — even if you play less during that time. If you don't earn enough points to maintain your tier within those three months, you may drop one level down, but you'll never fall below Bronze.
Do points expire?
Earned points are valid for up to 6 months. If there's no account activity within 6 months, your points may expire. Keep your account active by playing regularly.
Responsible VIP Gaming
Reaching a higher VIP tier is a great goal, but it should never mean playing beyond your budget. Golsbed always recommends playing for fun — the tier upgrades will follow naturally.
