Golsbed follows a straightforward process for withdrawing winnings. However, certain conditions must be met.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours.
• Multiple withdrawal requests on the same day are permitted, though there may be a delay for security verification.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (typically 15–35x) that must be met.

• The same person or household cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Golsbed reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus fraud is detected, all balances in the associated account may be forfeited.

All game outcomes on Golsbed are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Results are final and cannot be altered.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the matter will be handled in accordance with Golsbed's sports rules.
• In the event of a dealer error in Live Casino, the decision of casino management is final.
• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any game in progress is saved on the server.
• Winnings from a game are credited directly to your account balance.

Golsbed is committed to maintaining an honest and fair platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting game glitches or bugs.

• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other users.

Golsbed may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 or 1% of the balance, whichever is lower. The balance will never fall below zero.
